MEMTRIX TECHNOLOGIES, a start-up venture of RECICLAR TECHNOLOGIES. We are engaged in manufacturing and marketing Hollow Fiber membranes, systems and solutions for the water and wastewater industry. Memtrix Technologies offers RPVDF and PTFE (sumitomo brand) membranes and modules for application in STP, ETP, water pre-treatment and other water related projects.
Based in Ahmedabad, Memtrix is marketing its products and solutions pan India and looking for association with likeminded OEMs, Trading agencies and manufacturers in water and wastewater industry.

RPVDF Cassette
RPVDF hollow fiber are an emerging choice for water filtration and wastewater treatment due to their performance and reliability. Reinforced PVDF HF membranes are high strength water filtration fibers which can withstand most rigorous of wastewater environment. Memtrix is offering high quality fibers assembled in cassette.

Pressure module
Pressure modules are ideal for application in potable water generation from well water, rain harvesting water, river water and other sources. It’s also finding way in pre-treatment of RO feed water and as a tertiary treatment method in ETP and STP. Memtrix Technologies offers unique pressurized filter module which has a retrievable nature and an SS 304 housing. Pressurized filter also has high performance PRVDF fibers which is unique in Indian market. Retrievable module means – entire filtration module can be separated from its outer SS housing.

PTFE hollow fiber membrane are a unique offering from Memtrix. POREFLON is brand of PTFE hollow fiber membrane manufactured by SUMITOMO ELECTRIC (Japan). Memtrix Technologies is marketing POREFLON pan India. PTFE is a unique and superior material compared to PVDF. Unique SUMITOMO ELECTRIC technology converts hydrophobic nature of PTFE fiber into Hydrophilic for ease in water filtration. Current PTFE membrane offered by SUMITOMO are best in class and can compete with any standard membrane available from competitors like SUEZ, KUBOTA, TORAY, DEERFOS etc.
POREFLON PTFE modules are available in broad range (both in submerged and pressurized modules) of size from 12 sq m to 30 sq m cassette and higher capacity modules.
